Our handyman packages are a particularly popular part of our service, and whether you are an organisation wishing to enlist our handymen on a one-off or regular basis, we can provide a level of expertise and professionalism that you may not find when building and managing your own in-house maintenance team.

What services can our handymen offer?

Putting those odd jobs on the back burner is something that we are all guilty of, both at home and in the office, but thanks to our time served handyman services you can get through that DIY and maintenance to-do list without lifting a finger!

Here at UK Commercial Cleaning Solutions (UKCCS), we offer an extensive amount of experience and knowledge across all areas, all of which can be accessed via one of our handyman contracts. We provide assistance with plumbing, joinery, refurbishment, painting and decorating, carpentry, electrics and general maintenance, in fact there’s no job too big or too small for our dedicated team of handymen. From day one we are fully equipped to take on the hanging of items, the assembly of furniture, basic electrical improvements, plumbing and so much more, and in many circumstances the majority of small jobs can be completed on the very first visit.

How much are your handyman services?

Whilst the services our handymen provide are particularly extensive, we use a simple pricing structure to ensure transparency and cost efficiency throughout our client base. Work can be carried out using an hourly rate or on a fixed price basis for larger projects. For labour our handymen charge £40 + VAT for the first hour and £35 + VAT for each hour thereafter. We also provide half day rates at £180 per day + VAT and full day rates at £295 + VAT. Please note that there are extra charges for any supplies used to complete the work.
